ECI Integration with DIB Professional Plan

Steps for ECI integration

Sign up:

  1. PM receives DIB Member sign up for Professional Plan (BOPIS)
  2. PM notifies ECI via email (send to all sales team below) of new sign up asking them to reach out and get their sign up going

      1. PM to add member info to ECI/Rocksolid Max Google Sheet

      2. PM ask and receive API(s) from DIB Retail Technical Support (retailtechnicalsupport@doitbest.com)
      3. PM to send API(s) to MacKenzie Crow (mcrow@ecisolutions.com)
      4. ECI to set up integration
      5. PM to confirm data being sent over (DIB Tool)
      6. PM requests staging/testing environment from Chris Campbell
