BOPIS Item Matching

When the “Member Product Detail by Date” automation for a member runs the items in the file are attempted to be matched to an existing item in MOCE. The items will be one of the types listed below in MOCE Item Data Sources. Matches will be attempted using the SKU and/or UPC. If a match is made on either, then the MemberItemID is captured and linked to the item for that member.

The Retail and Inventory jobs are searched for relevant data based on the MemberItemID not SKU or UPC.

BOPIS Order Export

Locations need to be enabled in the Store Locations module to allow order exports. This is now done by default for all new Professional launches.

When an ISP order is placed it will be exported to the In-Store Order API endpoint within 5 minutes. It will start with a status of “Reserve” and remain at that status until the order is marked as “Picked Up” in the admin for the Pick-n-Pack app. At that point, it will export again (within 5 minutes) with the status set to “Release”.

MOCE Item Data Sources

  • Standard DIB (65k SKUs) Items
  • NonRSC Items
  • Custom Import Items (manual upload in MOCE)
