Tap on the desired customer in the Pull list ![](https://knowledgebase.jhspecialty.com/hs-fs/hubfs/M%20Scott-jpg.jpeg?width=258&name=M%20Scott-jpg.jpeg) - Tap on the desired item or scan the barcode of the desired item when you have secured the item from your inventory ![](https://knowledgebase.jhspecialty.com/hs-fs/hubfs/barcode-jpg.jpeg?width=251&name=barcode-jpg.jpeg) - Tap the "Submit" tab if the number of items list matches the number your store has in inventory ![](https://knowledgebase.jhspecialty.com/hs-fs/hubfs/confirm%20copy-jpg.jpeg?width=244&name=confirm%20copy-jpg.jpeg) -
