To claim and update your business information on a desktop: https://register.apple.com/placesonmaps/

To submit information to be changed on an iOS device:

Go to the Maps app on your device
Type in the name of location in “Search Maps”
Scroll to the bottom and “Report an Issue”
Edit information and tap “Submit" on the top right

Your issue/change will be review and you will receive a notification from Apple as a push notification to confirm the change. (Many are completed within 24 hours.)
