      Logging Into MOCE For the First Time

      This article is for all users.

       

      Update Password

      1. Go to your MOCE website
      2. Enter in your username (typically your email address)
      3. Enter in the temporary password
      4. Click Login
      5. Enter in your temporary password
      6. Create a new password
        1. It needs to be 10 digits long and doesn't have to be a combination of letters, numbers, symbols, and capitalization 
      7. Re-enter your new password
      8. Click 'Update Password'
      9. You will now be taken to the "My Account" page:

      Update My Account-1

      1. Fill in any fields with the red asterisk
      2. Avatar and Bio are optional and only seen by other users logging into the same MOCE website
      3. Click Save Changes
      4. The page refreshes and you will need to go back to 'Update Password' to complete your registration:

      Update Security Questions

      1. Enter in your newly created password
      2. Choose and answer the two security questions
      3. Click 'Update Security Questions'
      4. Your registration is now complete!

      If you need your login credentials, please email dibsupport@jhspecialty.com.  We need to know:

      1. Your name
      2. Your email address
      3. The primary store number 
      4. Your store number
      5. Store name

      Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
