You need to know your primary member number
1. Typically, the URL is primarymembernumber.doitbest.com
  1. i.e. 6790.doitbest.com
Type the URL into your web browser
1. If you were a user on the previous platform your information was imported into MOCE where a new user profile was created
Finally, reset your password by clicking on 'Lost Password'
