    1. Member was purchased - Keeping current MOCE website(s)
    2. Member was purchased - MOCE website(s) being merged with another MOCE website
    3. Location(s) purchased by another Do it Best Member
    4. Member unsubscribes from MOCE - MOCE website(s) turned off
    5. Member changed numbers - For the hell of it
