Steps to downgrade member plan

1. Members Module 
   1. Change subscription level
   2. Turn off 'Member Pricing' (if on Advanced Plan)
   3. Turn on 'Inherit Blurbs' (if going to Basic Plan)
   4. Save Changes
      
      
2. Menus Module
   1. Import json file (if going to Basic Plan)
3. Blurbs Module
   1. Set existing blurbs inactive (if going to Basic Plan)
4. Locations Module (if downgrading from Professional Plan)
   1. Disable 'BOPIS: Items?'
   2. Disable 'BOPIS: Promotions?'
5. User Accounts
   1. Adjust user roles/permissions (if going to Basic Plan)
6. Update plan level in Hubspot
