This article is for users who have logged into MOCE and changed their security questions.

  1. You need to know your primary member number
    1. Typically, the URL is primarymembernumber.doitbest.com
      1. i.e. 6790.doitbest.com
  2. Type the URL into your web browser
    1. If you were a user on the previous platform your information was imported into MOCE where a new user profile was created
  3. Finally, reset your password by clicking on 'Lost Password'

    1. Please provide:
      1. Your name
      2. Your primary member number
      3. Your store number
      4. Any additional details
